This is an almost perfect spoof of country-western music videos by Sandra Bauleo, aka "Sandy Belle" of the comedy sketch group The Dregs.
Like any good spoof it takes the elements of the original and exaggerates them until hilarity results. When I saw this the first time I laughed so hard I could barely breathe. Plus, she's gosh-darn cute!
